The micro compact home is a lightweight compact dwelling for one or two people.
Its compact dimensions of 2.6m cube adapt it to a variety of sites and circumstances, and its functioning spaces of sleeping, working / dining, cooking and hygiene make it suitable for everyday use.
Informed by aviation and automotive design and manufactured at the micro compact home production centre in Austria, the m-ch can be delivered throughout Europe with project individual graphics and interior finishes.
The micro-compact home (m-ch) is a 2.65m aluminium cubic pod, which integrates communication and energy systems and requires no furniture.
The layout is influenced by traditional Japanese tea-house architecture with space divided into distinct zonal layers.
Features include a plasma screen, built in hi-fi and fully fitted kitchen.
Several units can be mounted on a separate external aluminium frame system in a vertical formation around a central lift and stair core to form a “village“.
The 02 Village illustrates an alternative horizontal assembly of units accessed from a 1m
raised pathway containing services supplies.
The product was first launched in Munich in November 2005 with the development of a case study village sponsored by O2 Germany, which is currently occupied by students of TU Munich.
The m-ch will make its UK debut at the Grand Designs Live 2006 exhibition, London Docklands, in June 2006.
The micro compact home is available now complete with interior equipment for 37,000 euro plus delivery, installation and connection to services plus architectural and consultants fees and taxes.
We advise 50,000 euro for an average installation and eight to ten weeks
delivery from order from our production centre in Austria.

Piting !
